Carol Ann Caccioppoli is a training and development professional with over 30 years of experience in both business and academics. In her role as Vice President and Manager of a financial services firm, her team provided product, customer service, and leadership development skills training for the entire nationally and internationally based operations group. As a business owner she has completed needs analysis; career counseling; training design, development, and delivery, and coaching and counseling with several organizations.
Carol Ann has worked with senior management, line managers, and administrative personnel in needs analysis, establishing business and learning partnerships, training, mentoring, project facilitation, and coaching. She was instrumental in designing and establishing a corporate university and an acclaimed mentor program. In addition to leadership training, Carol Ann has designed, coordinated, and implemented off-site conferences for over 500 managers and supervisors to foster change management.
